3. DMCA Takedown Procedure: If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of the copyright owner and you believe that infringing activity is taking place on our platform, please submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

I. 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

II. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of such works.

III. 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

IV. 4. Information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

V. 5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

VI. 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal or disabling of access is the result of a mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers: We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.

5. Good Faith Belief: We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all content available on our platform is properly licensed or falls within the scope of applicable copyright laws. If you believe that any content available on our platform infringes upon your copyrights despite our best efforts, please contact our Copyright Agent to resolve the matter.
